Universal Exports is a one-man web design studio working with UK used-car dealers. This site collects one thing: the details you type into the enquiry form, so that we can ring you back. There is no tracking, no advertising pixel, no analytics script and no cookie banner, because there is nothing here that needs one.
Universal Exports, trading on uxpo.co, is the data controller for information submitted through this site. You can reach us at [email protected] about anything on this page.
We do not collect payment details on this site, and we never ask for them here.
We use your enquiry to contact you about a website for your dealership and to keep a record of that conversation. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have asked a business to get in touch about its services, and a reply is the point of the exercise. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will stop.
An enquiry produces a notification to a mobile and a record in our customer list. The processors involved are Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), ntfy.sh (the phone notification) and Airtable (the customer list). Each holds the data on our instructions only. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else.
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep what we need for as long as we are working together, and for six years afterwards where tax and accounting rules require it.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to protect the site from abuse. Nothing here follows you around the internet.
We link out to work we have built, including ekelitemotors.co.uk. Once you are on somebody else's site, their privacy policy applies, not ours.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
