Universal Exports, trading on uxpo.co, is an independent car broker and introducer. We market vehicles on behalf of independent motor dealers, answer questions about them, and arrange viewings. We are not the seller of any vehicle on this site, we are not a party to any sale, and we charge buyers nothing. Our fee is paid by the selling dealer, and only when a sale completes.
Every vehicle on this site is offered for sale by the motor dealer named on its listing page. These are trade sales: your contract is with that dealer, and your consumer rights — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — sit with that dealer as the seller. The dealer conducts viewings and test drives, takes any deposit and payment, and handles the paperwork and handover.
Universal Exports never handles money. We will never ask you for a deposit, a holding fee, a transfer, or payment of any kind. All payment goes directly from you to the selling dealer, at their premises, through their own process. If anyone claiming to be Universal Exports asks you to send money, do not send it — and please tell us on the number below.
Listing details are prepared from the dealer's own information about the vehicle and from official DVSA records for the registration shown. We check what can be checked and describe cars as accurately as we can, but a listing is an invitation to view, not a contractual description of the vehicle. Satisfy yourself about the car's condition at the viewing before you buy — that is what the viewing is for.
Vehicle films and studio images on this site are illustrative renders, produced from the dealer's own photographs of the actual car and checked against it. They exist so you can judge a car properly before travelling. The car itself, at the viewing, is the thing you are buying.
We take no part in how you pay for a vehicle and we give no advice on it. Anything to do with paying for the car is between you and the selling dealer.
Joining the First-Look list means we message you on WhatsApp about cars before they are listed publicly. You will only receive these messages if you opted in, and you can end them at any time by replying STOP. How we handle your details is covered by our Privacy Policy.
The content of this site — its text, films, imagery and design — belongs to Universal Exports or is used with the dealer's permission, and is for your personal use in considering a purchase. Do not scrape it, republish it, or use it to mislead anyone. Enquiry forms are for genuine enquiries; automated or abusive use will be blocked.
We provide this site and our introduction service free to buyers, as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Universal Exports is not liable for the condition, quality, history or fitness of any vehicle — that responsibility sits with the selling dealer — nor for losses arising from a sale contract to which we are not a party. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them reduces your statutory rights against the seller.
Vehicles can sell, be withdrawn or be repriced by the dealer at any time, and we may update this site and these terms at any time. The version published here applies.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
