These terms cover your use of uxpo.co. They are not the terms of a build. Work for a client is agreed separately in writing before anything starts, and that agreement governs the work.
uxpo.co describes a service: websites built for UK used-car dealers by Universal Exports. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and no price is quoted here. Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation, and creates no obligation on either side.
The case study on this site is a real, live site built by Universal Exports for E.K Elite Motors, shown with permission. The vehicles, prices and details visible in those screens belong to that dealer and change over time. They are shown as an example of the work and are not offers to sell a vehicle.
Vehicle films shown on this site and produced as part of a build are illustrative renders, generated from a dealer's own photographs. They are labelled "Illustrative render" wherever they appear, here and on client sites. They are a presentation of the vehicle and are not a substitute for inspecting it.
We keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is a marketing site and it is provided as it is. Nothing here is professional advice, and specific outcomes for your dealership are not promised or implied by anything on this page.
The Universal Exports name, the checkered flag lockup, the words and the design of this site belong to Universal Exports. Please do not copy them. Client logos, photographs and vehicle imagery remain the property of the clients they belong to.
We link to sites we have built and to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content of any site we do not control.
To the extent the law allows, Universal Exports is not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
